I have been going to this location since it opened. I have never had a bad experience, but once, and that person is no longer there. Thankfully, he was rude and had an attitude. The staff there now, Ryan, Bryan, Avante, and another young man whose name escapes me now, are very courteous, kind and considerate. I will keep going back when I need service for my vehicle.Thank you for the great service.
I ordered my tires online and also made my appointment online. Walked in the store and was out in 1 hour. Best service ever.
I normally have all my vehicle repairs done by this facility. Unfortunately, I had my previous oil change by the Honda dealership in Salisbury. Ryan called to say Pohanka had overtightened the oil drain plug and stripped it, and even worse stripped the threads on the oil pan, necessitating him replacing the oil pan. Fortunately Ryan likes to work on Hondas and he took care of it all in short order. Hats off to him.
